Dear Friends and Family,
As many of you know, I am coming to the States this summer with my choir, Cantores Minores, as it celebrates its 20th anniversary.
It's a one-month, coast-to-coast concert tour starting in California and ending in New York.
I've enclosed the schedule of our 22 free-of-charge performances that include singing for religious services as well as appearing in
concert in both Catholic and Protestant churches throughout the United States. At our first stop, Lake Arrowhead in California, the Rev.
Gene Preston, former pastor of the Warsaw International Church, has organized a gigantic ecumenical hospitality endeavor that has us
hosted by local Catholic, Lutheran, Episcopal, and Presbyterian churches.
Our last stop is New York City where Frances X. Gates, a pillar of the Polish Singers Alliance of America and a long-time friend
of the choir, is coordinating our stay, includes our concert at St. Patrick's Cathedral as well as raising the funds to pay for
our three-night stay at the Jesuit retreat house on Staten Island.
The choir will have its share of sightseeing too, including a visit to the Grand Canyon, the Painted Desert Park, the Air Force Academy Chapel, and a steam paddleboat ride on Lake George. Hopefully, we can also find the funding to do other touristy things such as visiting Sears Tower in Chicago and the Empire State Building in NYC.
